JAQAG’S Quality Control and Product Assurance business units have an established history of providing quality technical services to the automotive industry and the component supply chain. For more than 11 years, we have provided major manufacturers with the resources to ensure Quality throughout production and delivery of Parts at Rate.
JAQAG started by building prototype harness for Delphi, Lear, Yazaki N.A.and Sumotomo. These same suppliers asked us for resources to support sorting and reworking of harnesses due to our ongoing experience in prototyping and building and to yet fill another customer need, we agreed. That was 11 yrs ago.
Quality Engineering Support – We have the ability to provide engineering resources to support your project or to offer “turn-key” management of an entire project.
Supplier Liaisons – We have the ability to offer onsite representation that can either report directly to the supplier or be managed byJAQAG .
Supplier Development – JAQAG resources are able to assist in the management of an entire supply chain. These activities range from assistance with Advanced Quality Engineering, Lean Manufacturing to production Problem Detection and Resolution.
Containment Escalation Process – We are capable of developing and initiating containment processes throughout the supply chain in addition to driving the problem resolution back to the root cause and elimination.
